They were uneven in my experience. It seemed as though some people found rooms made of their worst memories, and others found rooms made of their best, and some both.
Mostly it's a matter of remembering that if something's going to harm you, be it person or circumstance, it's going to harm you whether you're afraid or not. So you can choose to be crippled by fear or you can move on.
